Thank you for shopping with Luxe & Laced. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order. This policy applies to all purchases made through our official Shopify store.
1. Return Eligibility & Time Window
We accept valid return requests within 14 calendar days from the date of order delivery.
All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original brand-new condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or missing accessories will not qualify for a return or refund.
2. Final Sale Items
All final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made for clearance items, discounted final sale products, or promotional bundle items marked as final sale on the product page or checkout page.
3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
• Customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• No restocking fee will be charged for eligible returns.
• Return shipping insurance is recommended. Luxe & Laced is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages during transit.
4. Return Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you detailed return instructions. Please ship the item back following the provided guidelines. Unauthorized returns or returns sent outside the 14-day window will be rejected.
5. Refund Processing
After we receive, inspect, and confirm the condition of your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that bank processing times vary, and it may take additional business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
6. Damaged & Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will resolve the problem accordingly based on verification results.
